Soputhi is an attorney at law of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He is a graduate of prominent law schools in Cambodia. He gained a Master Degree in Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics and also obtained dual Bachelor Degrees of Law from Royal University of Law and Economic (Cambodia) and in Private Law from University of Lumière Lyon 2 (France).
He advises clients on a number of real estate matters, registration of companies and non-government organizations, trademarks, due diligence, labor law and land concessions.
Additionally, Soputhi is one of the first notary students graduated from Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP), and participated in an internship program at Nancy (France) and at Tilleke & Gibbins (Thailand). He was also a lecturer of Business Law, Civil Law, Contract Law and Family Law. He speaks Khmer, English and French.

Sok Heng graduated from the George Washington University Law School with a LL.M., specializing in International and Comparative Law, in May 2010. His study was supported by a scholarship from the Transnational Law and Business University in Seoul, where he obtained an LL.M. in International Law in June 2008 under full scholarship. During this time, Sok Heng had the opportunity to visit China to research the Chinese legal system, and later traveled to Europe to study various international legal institutions, such as UNESCO in Paris; the WTO, WIPO and ILO in Geneva; the ICJ and ICC at The Hague, and the European Union in Brussels. After his studies in the US, Sok Heng completed a year-long internship at the law firm Sung & Hwang in Columbia, Maryland, where he handled many different types of corporate and business transactions. Sok Heng has an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a BBA in Management from Norton University, both in Phnom Penh. Sok Heng is fluent in Khmer and English.

Pheng graduated from University of Lumière Lyon 2, Lyon, France with an LL.M., specializing in Labor and Social Security Law. He holds an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh and an LL.B. in Private Law from University of Lumière Lyon 2. Pheng worked at the law firm Legrand, Bursztein and Beziz in France and at three firms in Cambodia.
Pheng is licensed by the Intellectual Property Department under the Ministry of Commerce as Legal Mark Attorney. He advised clients on IP matters, including trademark registration, franchising, conducting infringement search, drafting cease-and-desist letters and provided enforcement measures, including criminal, civil and administrative actions to domestic and international clients within the jurisdiction of Cambodia.
He has experience in advising clients on corporate affairs, business incorporation, tourism licensing, real estate, land due diligence, and commercial contracts. Pheng has provided advice on labor and social security law to Cambodian and foreign companies operating in Cambodia. He has also worked as a lecturer of Labor Law at the University of Puthisastra in Phnom Penh.
He is one of the first notary public students graduated from Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP), and participated in an internship program at the Notarial Office of Maîtres ANDRIER, BARRALIER, et MOYNE-PICARD in Annemasse (France). Pheng speaks Khmer, English and French.
